Chestnut Hill Historic Remodel

This 9,000 s.f. Home within the Chestnut Hill Historic District of Newton, MA entailed a review process with the Historical Commission with detailed design of exterior materials and colors. Architect Vahe Ohannessian, AIA represented the client, Wilder & Chavez, who developed and constructed the project to completion.
