This 9,000 s.f. Home within the Chestnut Hill Historic District of Newton, MA entailed a review process with the Historical Commission with detailed design of exterior materials and colors. Architect Vahe Ohannessian, AIA represented the client, Wilder & Chavez, who developed and constructed the project to completion.

Newton, MA Deep Energy Retrofit

Deep Energy Retrofit - full basement excavated, foundation underpinned, new slab with radiant heating installed, new heating system and water heater. Exterior stripped and wrapped with 4" polyisocyanurate insulation prior to new siding, windows and roofing installed.
